New Wessex Heating & Plumbing Manager
Wessex HVAC & Plumbing, part of the Wessex Group of companies based in North Dorset is delighted to announce the appointment of Graeme Giles as their new Heating & Plumbing Manager.
Graeme served his apprenticeship with British Gas and then as a Service Engineer in London. After a successful period as a supervising engineer for BTU Maintenance looking after the day to day running of the Salisbury District Council contract, Graeme went on to work with Magna Housing as an Installation Engineer.
Graeme’s great drive and determination led to him setting up his own plumbing businesses with up to 35 employees/sub contractors. This involved sub contracting to British Gas, working on a variety of new contracts and installing exclusive bathrooms for a prestigious showroom. Graeme expanded his business and diversified by incorporating new technologies such as solar systems and bespoke under-floor heating.
Wessex HVAC & Plumbing offers the full package from design to installation under one roof with full contract management throughout. Plumbers generally have a bad name for not turning up to price jobs, not delivering the quote if they have turned up and not giving enough detail. Contrary to this, Wessex Plumbing are keen to ensure appointments are met on time, quotes are turned around quickly with precise detail so customers know what they are getting (no hidden extras!!) and they will work with the clients throughout the project to keep them fully informed at all times.
Graeme has 2 wonderful children, his son Finlay is 8 and his daughter Anya is 11. Graeme is extremely active with hobbies that include football (he manages the Ringwood Youth Football Team), tennis, running (he has run marathons for charity) and keeping fit by attending the gym at 6am each day before coming to work!
