All information is collated on an objective basis and presented as a monthly report which includes:- trend analysis of call volume, response times, first fix achievement, discrepancy reports and other ISO9002 checks as required.
With each vehicle centrally controlled via satellite tracking and on-screen mapping technology from its purpose built offices, Wessex Catering Maintenance are able to efficiently manage both reactive and maintenance calls to sites across the UK.
