Our service vehicles carry a comprehensive range of commonly used spares in order to maintain an unprecedented 1st fix ratio and are controlled centrally from a dedicated service desk that monitors the deployment of vehicles using latest satellite tracking systems. This enables us to effectively manage and program both reactive and maintenance calls providing effective and value for money management to sites across the UK.

With our engineers corgi registered and the company being NICEIC / ECA approved, all our engineers are highly trained in electrical catering engineering and repairs to gas appliances. Such high standards help to ensure full compliance with current health and safety legislation and efficient maintenance and service to clients equipment 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
