Reading University

The works comprised of a new fire alarm system throughout the campus, this included listed buildings, halls of residence and lecture theatres. Great care had to be taken due to the age of the building to preserve the architectural infrastructure.

Also within certain buildings, Wessex Building Services carried out remedial works to upgrade emergency lighting and general lighting.

These works were undertaken during term time making planning and scheduling of our work a key part to meet the needs of the University to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum.
