‘Neil Cott Construction’ was the main building contractor who after a vigorous tender process lasting over 12 months, chose Wessex Building Services as they offered the full complement of installation and services that included:- electrical, lighting, power, door access control, CCTV, heating, ventilation, domestic water services, automatic controls and above ground drainage. The value of this project was in the region of £745,000 and completed in March 2009.
