Broughton House
Wessex were invited to design and install new heating and domestic hot and cold water services together with extract ventilation to the bathrooms of this stunning private period residence.
The configuration of works that was completed comprised of 2no LPG boilers serving hot water calorifiers, underfloor heating, new and existing radiators installed with copper tube and fittings.
The cold water enters the house direct from a pumped bore hole supply and is boosted by means of a cold water booster set and storage tank. The cold water then serves all cold water outlets together with the hot water calorifiers.
Hot water serves all hot water outlets by means of 3no pressurized indirect calorifiers.
Hot and cold water pipework was installed utilizing copper tube and fittings.
