Institute of Marine Science
Kier Southern awarded Wessex Building Services with the M&E requirements for a brand new 2 storey laboratory for Portsmouth University.
The laboratory is specifically for the use of the institute of marine science at the University. The work completed included; power, lighting, air conditioning, specialist salt water provision, compressed air, ventilation, heating and domestic hot water services.
The combined mechanical and electrical contract value was £298K and both electrical director, Steve Tizard and mechanical director, Mike Wood of Wessex Building Services were very pleased that Kier Southern continue to place their trust with them.
