Epsom & St Helier Hospital
Epsom & St Helier Hospital awarded Wessex Building Services a two phase mechanical contract with values of £493K and £477K respectively.
The first phase of this mechanical contract to remove and reinstate a new heating service to various plant rooms to serve the Pathology block and women's health building, is due for completion in August 2011.
The second phase, due for completion in January 2012 will be to remove and replace the steam and condensate services that manage the Renal, Special Care Baby Unit and Maternity department and also the Queen Mary Hospital plant room.
The work undertaken was directly with the Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust and consultant Roger Sinclair.
