
Wessex Building Services have won the mechanical and electrical contracts worth over £1.3 million for a new 2-storey office block and storage facility for Aspire Defence Capital Works.
The new 2-storey building based in Hampshire will be used by the Military Police for Aldershot and the surrounding region.
Work commences in February 2012 for a duration of around 30 weeks and will involve 24 on-site operatives split between electrical and mechanical installations that will include; air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, domestic services, electric power, lighting and communications.

In addition, another new mechanical and electrical contract with a value of £290K was also won by Wessex Building Services. The contract is for the refurbishment of grade 2 listed buildings (officers’ mess) commencing January 2012 and will last for approximately 35 weeks.
