Wessex Building Services was formed from Wessex Electricals in 1998 to create a combined and complete Mechanical & Electrical service to the building industry in the South of England. Well established we have the experienced staff to cost effectively provide clients a fully designed and co-ordinated solution and installation to new or pre-designed projects.
We undertake the traditional tender for all mechanical electrical contracting services to main contractors whether large nationally based or local and also tender to retail, commercial and industry users either direct or in discussion with consultants/architects/premises managers.
We have a team of highly trained managers, engineers and staff that can carry out and manage all types of industrial, commercial and domestic installations. We also have some 60 site based operatives, apprentices and foremen with the appropreate skills and certification that ensures that our clients only have the best on site service. Wessex are commited to continuous training and personal developement having their own training rooms that provide in house and external training for others.
We are active members of the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) where we can call on the extensive knowledge of the association for technical, commercial or industrial relation information. We are also certified via the NICEIC for all the electrical testing requirements thats carried out by our own in house qualified testing engineering section.
