Unique ID and password only known to yourself ensure that you are recognised as the primary key holder or user of the system, enabling you to speak direct with the monitoring station.

Fully monitored systems such as Redcare, Dualcom GPRS, Redcare GSM alert the operator not only to a genuine alarm, but also if the line should be cut or disconnected the central station will know immediately and take the appropriate action.

Emergency Call out co-ordination of engineers making sure that our fully trained engineer can respond to an emergency when you most need it. This may be just to reset the alarm following a user error, trace a fault on the system or ensure the system is fully operational following an attempted break-in.
